A women’s wellness retreat for stress relief
in Central Stockholm, 4-5 November

Gift yourself a weekend of healing and self-discovery.

This two-day city retreat is your opportunity to slow your tempo and uplevel your stress-resilience whilst enjoying a well-needed autumn break without the hassle of travelling afar. 

Through various forms of yoga, practical exercises and group sharing, you will get tools to strengthen your relationship with yourself and your body.

You will learn to better handle stress and recognize your body’s signals - all to live a more balanced life, but also to have the tools needed when stress inevitably creeps up.

By participating in this weekend you will experience an accelerated self-development journey from grounding (day 1) to growing (day 2 and onwards) your stress-resilience and energy.

Our aim with these two days is to shift your state from stressed and worn-out to feeling calm, rooted and motivated to take daily aligned actions towards feeling more grounded and tranquil, however life unfolds.

A month after the two-day experience you will also have the opportunity to join an online group call to follow up on your commitment to yourself.

Your hosts

Thomasine

After many years of living the corporate high-achiever, elite athlete life, Thomasine burnt out with severe physical and mental symptoms of systemic imbalances. After experiencing first-hand her true self-healing power using Functional Medicine principles and nervous system regulation, Thomasine has made it her mission to guide others to heal from the inside out and become the best versions of themselves. To date, Thomasine has completed two health coach trainings, a Medicine university course in anatomy and physiology, and a Medicine Yoga teacher training.

Amina

Amina’s passion is teaching and she has many years of teaching experience, both in studios and classrooms. Since using yoga to heal from burnout, she has been dedicated to helping women heal and live in tune with their bodies. In her sessions she uses purpose and presence to hold space for you to be, feel and flow. To date, Amina has completed 500+ hours of yoga teacher trainings, several courses in anatomy and fitness and a Medicine university course in Health Psychology.

Retreat highlights

Mindful healing practices
you will experience Medicine Yoga for stress, worry and anxiety; Yin to Yang yoga, breathwork, meditation, ecstatic dancing and more.

Mini lectures
you will learn about the nervous system, different stressors and their effect on the body, mind and spirit, how to apply somatic experience to calm the nervous system, and more.

Nutritious food & snacks
your retreat-inclusive food will be catered by local providers with focus on nutrient-density. You will also learn about the importance of nutrients as fuel for your body, mind and spirit and how to adapt your diet to your body’s needs in times of stress and healing.

Guided reflection
you will join a community of people who want to grow and develop together. You will be guided through exercises to reflect, understand and evaluate your response to different stressors, and create a personal action plan to adjust this response using the learnings and tools from the retreat.

Virtual group follow-up
4 weeks after the retreat you have the opportunity to virtually reconnect with the group and follow-up on your commitments that were made at the end of the retreat, to motivate you to want to make behaviour changes in your daily life.

Fill out the form to book your spot and we will get back to you shortly with the payment details. To secure your place, the full amount must be paid and you must have received a confirmation email from the retreat organisers.

Cancellation policy

Up to 4 weeks before the retreat, 50% of the payment amount can be refunded, up to 3 weeks before the retreat, 25% is refundable and after that the amount is non-refundable in full. A participant who wishes to give up his/her place does so by contacting the retreat organisers by email thoma.shine@outlook.com.
